Ethiopia: AU Business Plan to Implement Malabo Declaration

In June 2017, the African Union Commission launched a five-year Business Plan to guide national, regional and continental efforts to accelerate Africa’s agricultural transformation. The cost to implement the plan is about $100 million, of which about 40 percent was funded at the time of launching.
