Trade Shows

 

Each year, FAS endorses the trade shows that will provide the best international exposure and marketing opportunities for U.S. companies and producers. FAS works with show organizers and other partners to create a “USA Pavilion” to showcase the variety and quality of made-in-America products to potential foreign buyers. FAS also provides participating companies with marketing and promotion services, market intelligence, logistical support, and on-site assistance.

USDA-endorsed SIAL China is the largest consumer food and beverage show in China. This year, USA Pavilion exhibitors at the show recorded on-site sales of $2 million and projected 12-month sales of $31.5 million.
FAS Accra, Abidjan (Post), as part of its commercial diplomacy efforts, recruited, coordinated, and led a 10-member strong buyers delegation to the Specialty Food Association (FSA) Summer Fancy Food Show-2025 (New York City, June 29-July 1, 2025).

In June 2025, the Food and Beverage West Africa trade show was held in Lagos, Nigeria. Overall, the show was well attended by serious buyers from across West Africa, although most were Nigeria based.

California Natural Color participated in Fi Europe’s latest show. The company opened in 1994 and is based out of Fresno, California. The company formed under the name San Joaquin Valley Concentrates and changed their name to California Natural Color in 2018 to better reflect their business model. E. & J. Gallo Winery acquired the company in 2020.
