U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service Administrator Daniel Whitley arrived in Lima today to begin an agribusiness trade mission to expand market access and boost U.S. agricultural exports to address the $3.66 billion trade deficit with Peru.
Private exporters reported the following sales activity for MY 2024/2025: 120,000 MT of corn for delivery to Spain and 110,000 MT of soybeans for delivery to unknown destinations.
