Vietnam: Vietnam Reduces MFN Tariff Rates on Ethanol

The Government of Vietnam (GVN) issued Decree 26/2023/ND-CP on May 31, 2023, lowering Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) tariff rates on ethanol to 10 percent from 15 percent. The Decree will enter into force on July 15, 2023.
