Post's production forecast for Ukraine's MY2020/21 production for both wheat and barley are lower compared to the previous marketing year.
Export VAT refunds for soybeans and rapeseed have been officially reestablished for all exporters. This should foster lower soybean crush numbers for marketing year (MY) 2020/21.
The MY 2015/16 wheat harvest reached 27.2 MMT, the largest crop since independence in 1990.
