Marketing year (MY) 2020/21 in Ukraine resulted in lower-than-expected production volumes for all major grains (wheat, barley and corn).
After a 40-year low in marketing year MY2020/21, UK production of wheat is forecast to rise sharply in MY2021/22, at the expense of spring barley, following much more favorable year-on-year fall planting conditions.
