This report provides trade data on Vietnam's monthly rice exports by grade and destination and weekly export quotes for rice by grade.
Export prices of most grades of rice remained unchanged despite the strengthening of the Thai baht.
Post revised Vietnam’s marketing year 2020/2021 (MY20/21) total harvest area down to 7,305 thousand hectares (THA), but production up to 27.38 million metric tons (MMT) (milled rice equivalent) on higher production of the autumn crop.
