Key documents included herein are EAEU Technical Regulation on Packaged Potable Water and the EEC Collegium decision No. 97 establishing EAEU tariff-rate quotas for 2018. As noted herein, Russia notified some of the SPS/TBT measures covered in this report to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
