Mexico: Mexico Publishes Final Draft of Cheese Conformity Assessment Procedure

On January 31, 2022, Mexico published in its Federal Gazette (the Diario Oficial) the final draft of the cheese conformity assessment procedure (CAP) under "NOM-223-SCFI/SAGARPA-2018, Cheese". Once entered into force, the cheese CAP will provide the procedure for determining whether cheese products meet Mexican national standards. The draft is open for public comments through April 1, 2022.
