Mexico: Maximum Residue Limits on Pesticides for Agricultural Use

The Secretariat of Agriculture (SAGARPA) published in the Diario Oficial (Federal Register), on August 19, 2014 a draft regulation setting the maximum residue limits (MRL’s) to authorize pesticides for agricultural use. PROY-NOM-000-SAG-FITO/SSA1-2013 was drafted together with the Secretariat of Health (SALUD). Comments are due in Spanish within the next 60 calendar days after publication (October 18, 2014).
