The Secretariat of Agriculture (SAGARPA) published in the Diario Oficial (Federal Register), on August 11, 2015 an announcement containing a modification to an official standard NOM-032-FITO-1995 that establishes requirements and phytosanitary specifications to prepare studies of the biological effectiveness of agricultural pesticides and the rendering of a technical opinion. The effective date of this modification will be 360 calendar days after publication in the Mexican Federal Register.
