On May 18, 2015 the Decree releasing the second stage of 2015 Kazakh quota was signed by the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On May 20, 2015 it was officially published. The Decree comes into force 10 calendar days after its first official publication, i.e. May 31, 2015.
