India: FSSAI - Draft Notice on Standards for Fruit and Vegetable Products

On January 5, 2018, The Government of India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority published a notice on the draft amendment notification of Food Safety and Standards (Food Product Standards and Food additives) Regulation 2011, which pertains to standards of fruit and vegetable products. Although not notified to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the notification mentions the deadline for suggestions and comments is sixty days from the date of publication of notification.
