This report is meant to assist companies and establishments who produce and/or export animal products and byproducts to Ecuador in completing and submitting questionnaires for Ecuador AGROCALIDAD Resolution 115 Annex 2. Completed questionnaires are due to AGROCALIDAD by January 14, 2021. Resolution 115 mandates the registration of processing facilities for veterinary inputs for livestock and for livestock products and byproducts prior to import permit authorization, which includes meat plants, dairy facilities, poultry farms, and livestock genetics export facilities.
