Colombia: 2014 Tariff-Rate-Quota (TRQ) Fill Rates Show Positive Trade Trend

Under the May 2012 United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (CTPA), certain commodities are imported into Colombia under TRQs. The Colombian National Office of Taxes and Customs (DIAN) released the 2014 TRQ fill rates. According to DIAN import data, fill rates for all TRQ commodities demonstrated a more dynamic trade trend from the year before: five commodities were fully subscribed compared to only one in 2013.
