This report lists the major registration requirements and export certificates required for food and agricultural exports to the People’s Republic of China (PRC). In 2023, the PRC made no changes to export certificate requirements that impact U.S. issues phytosanitary certificates. U.S. exporters are advised to monitor the USDA Global Agricultural Information Network (GAIN) system for updates and to review the latest China Food and Agricultural Import Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) Narrative Report.
