China: Amendment Sheet for National Food Safety Standard Raw Milk Released
On March 27, 2025, The People’s Republic of China National Health Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly released the Amendment Sheet for the National Food Safety Standard for Raw Milk. The amendment entered into force on its publication. China notified the draft revision to the WTO on October 25, 2023. This report provides unofficial translation of the amendment sheet. Stakeholders should conduct their own review of the regulations to assess any market or regulatory effect on their business.
