Canada: Canada Publishes Final Food Safety Regulations

On June 13, 2018, Canada published the final Safe Food for Canadians Regulations, completing a regulatory development process that began in 2012 with the adoption of the Safe Food for Canadians Act. Canada’s new food safety regulations come into force on January 15, 2019.
